The Cadgwith Cove Inn is located in a tiny un-spoilt working fishing village on the eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall. Positioned right on the South-West Coastal Path, Cadgwith is set on a back drop of "Chocolate Box" thatched cottages over looking the spectacular views of the Cove. Church Cove, The Lizard and Kennack Sands are within walking distance along the Coastal Path.

  • Every Friday evening around 10pm the Cadgwith Singers perform old Cornish Sea Shanties at The Cadgwith Cove Inn. This brings the pub to life and is a fantastic experience for all. Visitors come to the pub from all over the world to witness and enjoy their songs.

  • Around mid August (tbc) Cadgwith hosts Buller Day which is gig race event in honour of the late Richard 'Buller' Arthur who helped rekindle interest in gigs and after whom our first gig was named in 1986. Visiting gig clubs from all over Devon, Cornwall and The Isles of Scilly make a truly colourful spectacle in the Cove against the back drop of thatched cottages and fishing boats.

  • During peek season The Cadgwith Cove Inn offers a seafood buffet on our patio in front of the pub on Fridays or Saturday evenings (weather permitting).   • Around mid July The Cadgwith Cove Inn host the Annual Folk Day on the patio outside the pub in glorious sunshine - hopefully! A fantastic atmosphere is created from around midday to midnight with the sounds of the best Folk music from locals and visitors from all over Europe! Enjoy music, entertainment and even a bit of stand up comedy for a truly memorable day of fun in the sun!

From the outskirts of Helston take the A3083 towards Lizard. Stay on the A3083 past the turn for Mullion. Before you get to Lizard take the left turn signposted to Cadgwith. This is a long straight road eventually bearing left. After approximately 1.5 miles (from A3083) you will see 2 concrete pillars which is the entrance to Cadgwith Village (New Road). Drive towards the sea, past the beach and fishing boats and The Cadgwith Cove Inn is on the left as you climb the hill.
